TNA No Surrender 2026 event featured the TNA International Championship on the line. The Champion Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo defended the title against Trey Miguel, who was accompanied to the ring by singer-songwriter Teddy Swims.
Arianna Grace was removed from ringside during the match, and Miguel capitalized, defeating Stacks to win the International Championship. Following the match, TNA President Carlos Silva personally presented the title to Miguel, while Teddy Swims joined in the celebration.
This was Miguel’s first ever TNA International Championship in his TNA career.
