WWE SVP of NXT and Talent Relations Shawn Michaels posted a video yesterday on Twitter featuring footage of WWE’s tryouts this week. Among those seen in the video was indies talent Miranda Alize.
Alize’s partner Nixon Newell, former Tegan Nox in WWE commented on The Heartbreak Kid post, stating, “Number 34 (Alize’s shirt number) is my favorite.”
Alize trained at Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling and has wrestled for multiple notable indies companies including Ring of Honor. In November of last year, Miranda Alize and Nixon Newell made headlines when they left an AEW Collision taping, walking out before their scheduled tag match against TayJay (Tay Melo and Anna Jay) could take place.
