AEW Dynamite Results (10/22/2025)
AEW World Trios Championship Match: The Opps (Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs and “The Wrestler” Katsuyori Shibata) (c) vs. The Hurt Syndicate (“The All Mighty” Bobby Lashley, “The Standard of Excellence” Shelton Benjamin and MVP)
The match starts off with a stare-down between both teams and Shibata and Benjamin begin things for their respective teams. Shibata then cinches in a side headlock, but Benjamin breaks free and cinches in a side headlock of his own. Shibata then counters before being sent to the mat by Benjamin for an ankle lock, but Shibata counters once more. Shibata then looks for a cover, but gets rolled up by Benjamin for a near fall.
Lashley then tags in and it doesn’t take long for Hobbs to tag in as well and we get some “meat” chants from the crowd only for Joe to tag himself in instead. Lashley then sends Joe into the corner for some strikes before the referee intervenes. Lashley then gets sent into the corner and Joe fights back as he mocks Lashley. Lashley then responds by taking Joe to the mat before bringing him back up for an Irish whip to the corner and a tag to Benjamin. Benjamin then goes up top, but Joe dodges him only for Benjamin to land on his feet.
Joe then tags in Hobbs and Hobbs sends Benjamin to the outside before Lashley comes in. Shibata then comes in followed by MVP and Joe as things break down. MVP then gets sent to the outside before Benjamin hits a running knee on Joe, only for Hobbs to take him down hard. Joe then hits a running senton and The Opps take control. Joe then has Benjamin in the corner as he pummels away before bringing him to the middle for a chinlock. The referee then checks on Benjamin, who slowly gets back to a vertical base to break free of the hold but Joe shoves him toward the corner for some more strikes.
Joe then gets Benjamin to the ropes for even more damage, but Benjamin starts to fights back and eventually takes Joe to the mat with a DDT and he gets a tag to Lashley. Shibata then tags in as well and Lashley tosses him around with ease before hitting a shot in the corner and taking Shibata to the canvas. He then sends the rest of The Opps off the apron before taking Shibata down with a Dominator. Hobbs then rushes into the ring for a standoff with Lashley as we get more “meat” chants.
Both men then trade strikes until Lashley spins Hobbs around for a Hurt Lock, only for Hobbs to break free. Both men then take each other out with a shoulder tackle and Lashley slowly gets up only to take a PK from Shibata, who gets a near fall for the effort. MVP then gets the tag as does Samoa Joe and he gets sent to the mat by MVP, who goes Ballin’ for an elbow drop and the cover. Shibata then breaks the pin and things break down once again between all six men before Joe goes for a Coquina Clutch on MVP. MVP then counters with a jawbreaker before the hold is cinched in and he goes for a Playmaker before Ricochet make his way down to the apron for a distraction. This then allows Joe to counter for a Coquina Clutch and MVP submits.

After the match, The Hurt Syndicate chase The Demand to the back. Tony Schiavone then enters the ring to interview the champions, especially Samoa Joe to find out why they did what they did on Saturday at WrestleDream. Joe then runs down San Antonio before insisting that Page is not the man he says he is. Joe then mocks Page, saying he will slap Page around before saying The Opps are never lacking.
We then see Mercedes Moné arriving earlier today in a fancy ride with her championships in tow for the celebration later tonight.
We then head to the back, where AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander addresses beating Toni Storm at WrestleDream and the challenge by Mercedes Moné. She then mocks Moné for what she hasn’t been able to do and she accepts the challenge for Full Gear before telling Moné to have a good celebration tonight.
Darby Allin’s music then hits and he walks down the ramp, while holding the AEW flag that he has had since his trip to Mount Everest. Allin then makes his way down to the ring. Allin then steps through the ropes and drapes the flag over the AEW logo in the middle of the ring as the crowd chants his name. Allin then grabs a microphone and he addresses the people who said he could never be the face of this company. Allin says those people said he might go and get himself killed and that’s bad for PR, but he argues the opposite and says he is willing to go places for this company that no one else would. Allin then talks about the scars he still has from Saturday before saying as long as the Death Riders are still breathing he will never be far behind. The crowd then cheers as Allin grabs the flag and he leaves the ring.
We then get some video footage from after WrestleDream, where “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry talks about what it means for him and Luchasaurus to be out there again. Perry then says starting now they are here to take it all and he addresses the message to whoever has our World Tag Team Titles.
4-Way Tag Team Match:“The Megasus” Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford vs. Jamie Hayter and Queen Aminata vs. Harley Cameron and The Conglomeration’s Willow Nightingale vs. Triangle of Madness (Skye Blue and Julia Hart)
The match starts off with Blue and Nightingale and Nightingale takes control as she sends Blue to the mat. A tag is then made to Cameron for a double team and a side slam by Nightingale leads to a wheelbarrow splash by Cameron for a near fall. Blue then fights back before taking a couple of kicks. She then dodges a third kick for a thrust kick of her own. A blind tag is then made by Ford and both women get into it before Ford goes after Cameron to send her into the corner.
A tag is then made to Bayne and she drives her shoulder into the midsection of Cameron. Bayne and Ford then look for a double suplex, but Nightingale intervenes only to be sent to the outside as the Bayne and Ford look to inflict some pain. Cameron then rolls away for a tag to Hayter, who goes after Bayne with force only for Bayne to counter a suplex. Hayter then regains control and she sends Bayne to the corner for a tag to Aminata. They then look to double team Bayne, who responds with a suplex on both women before diving onto the group of women on the outside.
Blue then gets a blind tag and she goes after Aminata, who takes several women out before tagging in Nightingale out of desperation. Nightingale then sends Hart and Blue into the corner for a hip attack and she slams Hart down before hitting a spinebuster on Blue for a two count. Cameron then comes in for an assist, but Bayne stops a Doctor Bomb attempt before Cameron goes after Bayne. Bayne then drags Blue to her corner for a tag to Ford who gets launched at Nightingale by Bayne for a near fall. Blue and Hart then go after Bayne, but they take a stunner by Ford into a German suplex by Bayne.
She then goes after Nightingale and lifts her up on her shoulders, but Nightingale breaks free and sends Bayne into Ford. Bayne then drops to the floor as Hayter gets a blind tag from Nightingale and she goes after Ford herself before Aminata joins in for a double team. Headbutt by Aminata then leads into a Hayterade by Hayter for the win.

After the match, Hayter grabs a microphone and announces that she and Aminata want to face Hart and Blue in the first round of the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Tournament. Hayter and Aminata then celebrate their win.
We then head to the back, where The Young Bucks want a money match. They say they will fight anyone and team with anyone for this match. Tony Khan then comes out and accepts, putting up $400,000 in a 4-on-4 All Star match for Collision, eventually revealing that it will be Jurassic Express and JetSpeed vs. The Young Bucks and these guys. He then opens the door wider and we see FTR step out alongside Big Stoke. Stoke then talks about the teams’ history ahead of the big match on Saturday.
Renee Paquette is in the ring for the 12 Belts Mercedes Moné celebration and she makes an introduction hyping up Mercedes Moné’s recent victories. She then welcomes “12-Belt Moné” to the ring as a group of men head out to the ramp with the procession of her championships, for Mini Moné to appear in the ring instead to a big pop. She then talks about bad things happening in threes before Moné’s music hits again to reveal a very angry Mercedes Moné, telling the boys and Paquette to leave.
She then runs down Harley Cameron for making a mockery of her, poking fun at Cameron begging her to be her tag partner and disrespecting the title celebration. She then calls the fans “stupid, dumb marks” before shoving the puppet’s face into the cake. She then pulls out Cameron from under the table, only for Kris Statlander to appear as well, hoisting Moné up and sending her through the table. We then get a big pop for Statlander and Cameron as we are left with a fallen Moné in cake and on a broken table.
We then get a vignette from after WrestleDream, where Jon Moxley deals with accepting his failure that night against Darby Allin. He says nobody in pro wrestling does what he does. Moxley then runs down the business for not meeting the standard he has set. Moxley then says Allin made him a liar, but he knows who he is when he looks at himself in the mirror.
Singles Match: Death Riders’ Jon Moxley vs. The Conglomeration’s Kyle O’Reilly
The match starts off with O’Reilly looking to kick Moxley, but Moxley backs away. O’Reilly then gets a hold of Moxley, only for Moxley to turn it around with an arm drag. O’Reilly then captures a leg hook on Moxley, who quickly scrambles to the ropes for a break. Both men back on their feet as O’Reilly takes a hold of the arm of Moxley, bringing him down to the mat before Moxley turns it around for a cross arm breaker. O’Reilly then manages to escape, trapping both arms for a near fall on Moxley before catching Moxley with a flying armbar.
Moxley then tries to break free, but instead gets to his feet for a boot to the face of O’Reilly to break the hold. He then starts to turn things around, catching the leg of O’Reilly before biting him on the head and shoving him away. Moxley then gets sent to the floor by O’Reilly as the crowd continues reminding Moxley of his quitting at WrestleDream. O’Reilly then follows him to the outside for a dropkick off the apron before bringing Moxley back to the ring. Both men then fight on their feet until Moxley gets caught on the ropes, allowing O’Reilly to lay in some more kicks before sending Moxley to the mat. He then brings him to the corner before getting a hammerlock and he goes for a guillotine on Moxley, then transitions into a triangle choke.
Moxley then uses his strength to get to the ropes for a break before catapulting O’Reilly into the ropes. The fight then ends up on the apron, where O’Reilly wrings Moxley’s arm to send him onto the hardest part of the ring. Moxley moves back into the ring as O’Reilly goes up top for a knee drop, targeting the leg before making the cover. Moxley then narrowly kicks out, catching O’Reilly in a cross arm breaker before O’Reilly reverses into an ankle lock. Moxley then counters for a chinlock, but O’Reilly gets a cross arm breaker of his own on Moxley who brings O’Reilly up for a lariat to break free. Stalling piledriver then hits, but O’Reilly kicks out only for Moxley to cinch in a bulldog choke. The move is loose enough for O’Reilly to get to the ropes for a break and he dodges a curb stomp for a chop block.
Rolling elbow is then hits and O’Reilly manages to get an ankle lock after missing a rebound lariat. Moxley is desperate to not give up, choosing instead to blatantly strike the referee with a forearm blow. Other referees then rush to the ring and they call for the disqualification.

After the match, things break down like crazy as The Conglomeration make their way down to intervene on O’Reilly’s behalf, with the Death Riders coming in as well before they end up taking their leave from the ring.
Trios Match: Death Riders (Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta) vs. The Conglomeration (Mark Briscoe and “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy) and Paragon’s Roderick Strong
The match starts off with Cassidy and Yuta going at it and both men trade near falls. Yuta then evades an Orange Punch attempt to tag in Garcia, who gets the upper hand on Cassidy before gloating to the crowd. This then allows Mark Briscoe to tag in and he hits some hard shots on Garcia before Garcia turns it around. This then doesn’t last long as Briscoe gets the drop on Garcia to a tag to Strong.
He then takes Garcia to his limit before a tag gets made to Castagnoli, who gets a flurry of offense by Strong. Strong then gets sent to the corner, where he knocks off Garcia and Yuta before going back at it with Castagnoli who sends him to the outside. Strong then deals with Yuta before looking for a dive on Castagnoli who catches him, only to be sent to the barricade for a backbreaker from Strong. Castagnoli is then sent back in the ring, but Yuta keeps Strong distracted long enough for Castagnoli to strike back and the Death Riders are firmly in control.
Strong and Castagnoli then continue the fight until they drop to the mat. Yuta then gets a tag first followed closely by Cassidy, who sends Yuta out of the ring. Yuta and Garcia then rush into the ring but finds themselves being sent right back out by Cassidy before Castagnoli comes running in. He then takes Cassidy out, but Mark Briscoe comes in and he fights off Castagnoli and Yuta at the same time.
Castagnoli then gets sent out as Yuta starts to fight back, only for Briscoe to take him down for a near fall. He then looks for a Jay Driller, but Garcia intervenes and things quickly turn to chaos between all six men until Yuta takes a big palm strike. He then takes Briscoe down on the rebound and a Busaiku Knee takes Briscoe out for a near fall before Strong breaks up the pin attempt. He and Castagnoli then leave the ring as Yuta hits some hammer and elbow shots. Briscoe then breaks free, but Yuta gets out of a Jay Driller only to be hit by a short-arm lariat allowing Briscoe to hit the Jay Driller on him for the win.

After the match, there is no time for celebration as PAC rushes down to go after Briscoe. Tomohiro Ishii then comes out for the save, but Moxley makes his way out to the ring allowing Marina Shafir to low blow Ishii. The Death Riders then look to launch Orange Cassidy into the announce desk before Darby Allin comes out and he hits a baseball bat shot on the leg of Castagnoli. Death Riders then take their leave through the crowd.
We then head to the back, where we hear from an incensed Mercedes Moné who is quickly interrupted by Athena. She talks about both women making legacies of their own before offering to make one together as AEW Women’s Tag Team Champions. Mercedes likes the sound of that and Athena tells her they are going to get her cleaned up and ready for Minion Training.
AEW TNT Champion Kyle Fletcher and Don Callis then make their way out as the crowd tells Callis how they feel about him. Fletcher then tells San Antonio to say his full name before talking up his defense against Mark Briscoe at WrestleDream. He then says this will not be back and forth as this is done between them. He then gets slightly annoyed at some minor mic troubles before saying he will be TNT Champion for a very, very long time.
Mark Briscoe then makes his way down to the ring to retort after what went down on Saturday. Briscoe says he is not looking to go a million more times against Fletcher and he is just looking for one more shot. Briscoe then says what do you say Kyle. Callis then speaks on behalf of Fletcher, having something to say to Briscoe. He then says Briscoe is a great wrestler and a great athlete. He then says he has respect for Briscoe, but Briscoe is sounding desperate. He then acknowledges the kids Briscoe has and calls them a financial burden. He then says Briscoe needs a family like the Don Callis Family. He then says he is telling Briscoe what he needs to hear and he is telling him no on the TNT Title Match. Fletcher’s music then hits as he and Briscoe stare each other down.
The official brackets of the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship tournament, which kicks off next week is then revealed.
We then head to the back, where we hear from Mina Shirakawa who talks about teaming with Toni Storm in the tournament before Thekla interrupts. This then leads to Shirakawa challenging Thekla to a match at Collision, which Thekla accepts.
AEW Unified Championship Match: Don Callis Family’s AEW Unified Champion “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada (c) vs. Brodido’s AEW World Tag Team and ROH World Champion Bandido
The match starts off with both men locking up and Bandido sends Okada to the ropes before the referee intervenes. Bandido then sends Okada to the ropes again, but is taken down to the mat before Bandido goes to the ropes again. Bandido then sends Okada down hard again. Bandido then makes his gun motion at Okada, who swats it away before clubbing away at Bandido. This then leads to Bandido sending Okada to the outside, only to be forced to chase him around the ring and right into a boot by Okada. Okada then fights Bandido on the guardrail before mocking Bandido’s family in the front row.
Okada then brings Bandido to his feet before Bandido turns it around with a DDT off the apron and he sends Okada down hard to the floor. Okada has taken control as he hits an elbow drop on Bandido in the ring. He then mocks the crowd and this allows Bandido to take control with a torneo before sending Okada to the outside for a dive. He then brings Okada back in the ring, setting up for a frog splash that gets a close two count. Okada then rolls to the apron before Bandido intercepts, only to get hung up by his arm on the ropes. Okada then rolls back into the ring and he goes after the arm of Bandido before Bandido fights back, only for Okada to kick at his injured shoulder.
Okada then lifts Bandido up, looking like he’s going for a tombstone piledriver but instead he hits a shoulder breaker on Bandido. Bandido then rolls out of the ring, consulting the medic due to his condition and Okada runs after Bandido to bring him back in the ring. He then goes after the shoulder some more before Bandido counters. He then brings Okada up for an X-Knee, but Okada breaks free only for Bandido to get it on the second try. He then hits the ropes and hits a 21 Plex, but Bandido struggles for the cover and this allows Okada a chance to kick out at two.
Bandido then brings Okada to the corner and he sets him up on the corner before Okada counters looking for a powerbomb, but Bandido reverses into a hurricanrana. Okada then catches Bandido by surprise, only to be cradled by Bandido for a two count. Okada then backs up, but Bandido doges a Rainmaker for one of his own. He then hits the X-Knee, but Okada escapes a 21 Plex to hit the Rainmaker for the win.

After the match, the rest of the Don Callis Family make their way out to celebrate alongside Okada until Konosuke Takeshita’s music hits and it gets a big pop from the crowd as the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion heads down the ramp. Callis and Fletcher then leave the ring, trying to keep things calm with Takeshita as Okada just seems to smile at the situation before standing tall with the rest of the Don Callis Family as Dynamite comes to a close.
