AEW Dynamite Results (9/24/2025)

AEW World Tag Team Championship Match:Brodido (Brody King and ROH World Champion Bandido) (c) vs. The Demand’s GOA (Toa Liona and Bishop Kaun)

The match starts off with Bandido and Toa Liona and Bandido delivers some chops on Liona. He then follows it up with a trio of dropkicks, but Liona pushes Bandido out of the air on the third one and tags in Bishop Kaun. Kaun then nails Bandido with a chop of his own, then follows it up with a bodyslam and tags Liona back in.

Liona then hits two more bodyslams of his own on Bandido, then tags out to Kaun. Kaun then continues wearing down Bandido, then tags in Liona. King then tags in on his side and delivers some chops on Liona and Kaun. He then nails Liona with a right hand, but Kaun sends King onto the apron. Liona then nails King with a superkick and gets him up on his shoulders, but King escapes and sends Liona crashing into the top of the ring post face first. King then hits a lariat on Kaun back in the ring and goes for a pin, but Kaun kicks out.

Kaun then nails a couple of overhand chops on King and delivers some knees on him in the corner. King then sends Kaun into Liona after Liona has tagged in, then hits a cannonball on Liona and tags in Bandido. Bandido then wastes no time going after Liona and Kaun, but Kaun nails Bandido with a right hand and Bandido sends him crashing into Liona. Liona then hits a stomp on Bandido, but King gets both Liona and Kaun up and hits a double back suplex on them. Liona then sends King crashing through the timekeeper’s table and Ricochet looks to take advantage by hitting Bandido with a chair. Before he can do so, however, the referee catches him and ejects him from ringside. Bandido then rolls up Kaun, but Kaun kicks out.

Kaun then nails Bandido with a clothesline, then hits a double chokeslam on him with Liona. He then goes for a pin, but King manages to break the fall. King then sends Liona out of the ring and hits boots on him and Kaun before flying through the ring to nail Liona on the outside. This then opens the door for Bandido to hit the 21 Plex on Kaun for the win.

We then head to the back, where The Conglomeration is cutting a promo with some heavy hints about who their “mystery partner” is for the trios match tonight. The group then leaves the backstage area, with a curious warning from Hologram’s new rival.

AEW World Championship Open Challenge Match:“Hangman” Adam Page (c) vs. Shane Taylor Promotions’ ROH Pure Champion “Taiga Style” Lee Moriarty

The match starts off with both men locking up. Moriarty then uses his technique to escape a wristlock by Page. Lee then takes Page down to the mat before locking in a headscissors to keep the pressure on Page, who bridges out before escaping the hold. Page is back on his feet as Moriarty stands up as well and he looks for a test of strength. Page then obliges and we get the Greco-Roman grip, with each man looking for the upper hand until Page takes Moriarty down to the mat.

Moriarty is able to bridge up to stop a count before getting back to his feet, turning things around on Page with a few well-timed holds before sending Page to the corner. He then backs away as Page looks to get back into it and both men hit the ropes before Page takes control with a shoulder tackle sending Moriarty to the mat. Both men are back up as Page evades a kick before taking Moriarty to the mat with a body slam, only for Moriarty to hit a kick to keep Page away.

Lee then has Page on the ropes, but is sent over to the apron. Moriarty then catches Page on the top rope on the way down to the floor. Moriarty then comes back in with a springboard forearm and the cover and he gets a near fall before Page kicks out. Both men then trade strikes before Moriarty hits the ropes, only to be sent flying with a back body drop. Page then stays in control with a fall away slam before he kips up and he hits Moriarty with a Death Valley Driver for a two count.

Moriarty is able to get back into with as he sends Page to the corner before countering a Dead Eye attempt into an octopus hold. He then transitions into a cradle for a two count before moving into a Motor City Stretch to get Page in a world of trouble. Page. then manages to power up to his feet and he hits a short arm lariat and a Dead Eye for the win.

The winner and still the AEW World Champion, “Hangman” Adam Page!

We then get some video footage from after All Out as Adam Copeland and Christian Cage address what FTR did, with Cope saying he has to go and he doesn’t know if he’s coming back. Cage then says he doesn’t have a family anymore so go take of yours. Cope then reminds his old friend that he does have family and they shake hands before Cope runs off.

Tony Schiavone then introduces FTR and Big Stoke and they make their way out. Dax starts off with some choice words with a fan on the way to the ring before FTR and Big Stoke get in to more boos from the crowd. Cash Wheeler then takes the microphone and says he would like to do this himself. He then says they deserve the reaction they are getting, claiming that the actions they did on Saturday were not meant to go that way. He then calls out Cope for having his so-called childhood best friends and wife out before Stoke takes the mic to forgive Beth for what she did to him at All Out. He then says he was running up the ramp not to run away from Beth but to introduce himself, even suggesting he allowed Beth to spear him and carry him to the back. He then says Cope and Cage needed Beth to win and the worst part is Beth doesn’t even work here.

Harwood then says he was advised to apologize for his actions at All Out and he won’t apologize for what he did to Adam or Cage. He then tells Beth that he hopes she knows he would never intentionally hurt her and while he was trying to talk sense into her, she broke his nose and watered his eyes. He then says he would never put his hands on a woman.

Willow Nightingale’s music then hits and she makes her way down to the ring. Nightingale tells FTR and Big Stoke that they just gave a great apology and she’s in the ring to talk about an inspiration and a Hall Of Famer Beth. She then says women like Beth are why she became a wrestler and why she came back from a broken neck. She then advises FTR and Big Stoke to provide a sincere apology or leave the ring, but Big Stoke tells Nightingale that it’s past her bedtime. Nightingale then slaps Hathaway, but “Speedball” Mike Bailey and Kevin Knight slide into the ring to provide Nightingale with backup. JetSpeed then takes out FTR, forcing FTR and Big Stoke to back down.

We then take a look at MJF after his match at All Out, where he talks about everything he’s done for AEW over the past few years and all the doubts that have come from it. He then says something is missing, that he is not MJF but a caricature. He then calls the tacks his doubts, saying he can’t come back until he is himself again but more importantly, he will come back only when he is his most dangerous self. He then takes a tack off of himself, talking about eating his doubts up and spitting them out as he does so with the tack. He then says he will be back to do things the only way he knows how, whether they like it or not and that is his way.

Don Callis Family then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night. Don Callis grabs a microphone to talk about his skills as an artist, showing off paintings on the screen before saying that he has been working on his masterpiece the past six days and six nights. Callis then says tonight he reveals that masterpiece. A couple of stagehands then bring out a cart with the painting as Callis hypes it up. He then tells the crew to unveil the painting and Orange Cassidy’s music hits as he pops out of the painting instead. The rest of the Conglomeration then make their way down to the ring to get things going and a brawl ensues to get the match underway.

Trios Match: The Conglomeration (Mark Briscoe, Hologram and “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy) vs. Don Callis Family (AEW Unified Champion “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada, “The Alpha” Konosuke Takeshita and Hechicero)

The match starts off with Briscoe hitting a big dive to the outside and it is followed by a relaxed drop by Cassidy. Cassidy and Hechicero are in the ring now before Briscoe and Hologram get tags in to hit a few shots of their own. A tag is then made to bring Cassidy back in, who hits one punch to a big pop from the crowd. Hologram then tags back in for a flurry of offense on Hechicero, but this gets turned around as Hologram is dropped to the mat hard with a cutter.

Hologram is taken down once again by Hechicero who makes his way back in the ring with a springboard splash. Hechicero then takes a headscissors by Hologram for his troubles before Takeshita runs in to get involved. He then gets taken out as Okada runs in with a tag to knock the Conglomeration off the apron, only to get caught by a flurry of offense by Briscoe and culminates in a fisherman’s buster for a two count.

Okada then starts to get his shots back on Briscoe, who gets a tag to Cassidy. Orange then gives a hug to his former teammate who just looks at him confused before working with Takeshita to take the former International Champion down to the mat. Hologram then tries to help out, but takes some damage from Okada. Okada and Takeshita then stare each other down for a moment before Cassidy gets involved with his kicks.

He then sends Okada to the outside, but Hechicero has made the tag and he takes Cassidy for a ride before sending him to the mat. Hologram then gets the drop on him before chaos ensues, leading to Takeshita dropping Hologram with a driver only for Hologram to respond by dropping Takeshita down to send him out of the ring. Hechicero then grabs Hologram, but is taken off his game by an Orange Punch and that allows Hologram to hit a Portal Bomb for the win.

The winners of the Trios Match, The Conglomeration (Mark Briscoe, Hologram and “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy)!

After the match, there is no time for celebration as Kyle Fletcher comes out to welcome Orange Cassidy back but also for something that is of importance to the Conglomeration. He says he proved on Saturday that he belongs in the main event and he knows he’ll be world champion someday. He then says he looks in the ring and sees a bunch of dorks before acknowledging Hologram’s long-running winning streak. He then says that Hologram is 34-0 or should he say 34 and scared of him. Fletcher then says wants to be the one who gives Hologram his first loss in an AEW ring so he issues a challenge to Hologram in a title versus streak for the TNT Championship next week at the sixth anniversary of Dynamite. He then says when he beats Hologram he will have to say Kyle’s full name. Fletcher’s music then hits as we get the confirmation for next week.

We then head to the back, where Mina Shirakawa talks about her reign as interim ROH Women’s World TV Champion before saying she fights for Toni and for herself when she faces Kris Statlander for the AEW Women’s World Championship.

We then get a video package looking at Jack Perry bringing back his old friend Luchasaurus, resurrecting a partnership that saw highs and lows of all kinds to lash out against the Young Bucks at All Out before we get confirmation that Jurassic Express returns next week on Dynamite.

Claudio Castagnoli then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Powerhouse Hobbs follows.

Singles Match: The Opps’ AEW World Trios Champion Powerhouse Hobbs vs. The Death Riders’ Claudio Castagnoli

The match starts off with both men locking up and we get a back and forth of strikes before Castagnoli starts to take control. He then sends Hobbs to the mat with a back suplex, but Hobbs is back on his feet for some body slams on Castagnoli. Hobbs then shows relative ease in throwing Castagnoli around before Castagnoli cinches in a hold on Hobbs to force both men to the outside. They then go back and forth until Hobbs hits a set of headbutts, sending Castagnoli to the ring steps only for Castagnoli to evade Hobbs charging at him.

Hobbs then crashes into the steps and Castagnoli picks him up for a back suplex of his own sending Hobbs over the barricade into the crowd. He then steps over to hoist Hobbs up and drops him onto the barricade. Castagnoli then brings Hobbs to the ring for a near fall. Both men then fight to their feet and they go back and forth before Hobbs hits some hard shots on Castagnoli and sends him to the corner. Castagnoli then escapes the corner and sets Hobbs up on the turnbuckle for a superplex to send Hobbs crashing. Castagnoli then goes for a cover, but Hobbs kicks out at two. Castagnoli then brings him back up for a series of uppercuts and he looks for a Neutralizer before Hobbs counters with a powerslam.

Hobbs then gets a near fall, but follows up with a few more body slams until Castagnoli blocks one last slam attempt with an uppercut. He then lays in some elbow shots before hitting the ropes, but Hobbs is barely fazed by the lariats before hitting the ropes and nailing a clothesline. Hobbs then hits another body slam, but PAC comes rushing to the ring for a distraction allowing Castagnoli to hit a running uppercut and a cradle for the win.

The winner of the Singles Match, The Death Riders’ Claudio Castagnoli!

After the match, Samoa Joe comes running out to scare off PAC as Hobbs sends Castagnoli out of the ring. The rest of the Death Riders then come out for a sneak attack on Hobbs before Hangman Page comes out to even things up. After a short scuffle, the Death Riders escape through the crowd but not before Castagnoli demands the referee raise his hand once more to remind everyone he won the match.

We then get the word that Tony Khan’s important announcement is up next.

We then head to the back for the important announcement from Tony Khan. He talks about all the great wrestlers and how strong the women’s division has been in particular and he announces that they are introducing new Women’s Tag Team Championships. He then announces that the first champions will be crowned very soon. We then head to ringside, where Renee Paquette unveils the new titles.

AEW Women’s World Championship Match: Kris Statlander (c) vs. Mina Shirakawa

The match starts off with both women going at it before Statlander takes Mina to the mat, but Mina is able to fight back before celebrating. This then leads to Statlander picking her up and dropping Mina to the mat once more before posing. Mina then takes the fight back to Statlander, sending her to the corner for some punches before Statlander fights back with a dropkick.

Statlander then hits a hammer throw that sends Mina to the corner hard, but she dodges a boot to hit a dropkick on the knee of Statlander before bringing her down hard to the floor through the ropes. She then follows it up by sending Statlander into the ring steps for more damage and she continues to attack the leg before bringing Statlander back in the ring to break the referee’s count. Statlander then manages to fight back and she drops Mina to the apron before coming back into the ring.

Mina then regains control with a sling blade sending Statlander to the mat. She then continues the flurry of offense with a swinging DDT off the ropes. She then sets up for a surfboard stretch with a twist, but Statlander breaks free to send Mina to the corner. She then counters a Glamour Driver and goes for the Staturday Night Fever, but Mina counters for a two count. Statlander then responds by taking Mina down for a near fall of her own. Mina then hits a dragon screw twice and Statlander is in pain.

She then climbs up top for a sling blade to keep Statlander on the mat. She then goes for a cover and gets a two count. Mina then hits a rolling strike and a roundhouse, but Statlander hoists her up on her shoulders only for Mina to counter out. She then cinches in a figure four leg lock on Statlander. Statlander is in trouble until she gets to the ropes for a break. Mina then hits Statlander with some more strikes to keep her down, but Statlander breaks away from another figure four attempt before cinching in the seatbelt to keep Mina down for the win.

After the match, Wheeler Yuta and Harley Cameron join Statlander in the ring to celebrate her win. Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia, PAC, Marina Shafir and Jon Moxley all make their way to the ring and Statlander stares Moxley down. Yuta then hugs Statlander as Statlander looks visibly irritated before he holds up her hand. Statlander then clotheslines Yuta and Yuta looks stunned. She then flips Moxley off and retreats through the crowd along with Cameron. Darby Allin then makes his way down to the ring with a flame thrower in hand. The Death Riders then opt to retreat through the crowd, but Allin stops them. He then challenges Moxley to an I Quit Match at WrestleDream and stands tall with the flame thrower in hand on the ring apron as the show comes to a close.
