AJ Styles Returns To TNA At Slammiversary 2025, Hardy Boys Capture TNA Tag Team Titles

Following tonight’s TNA Slammiversary 2025 Leon Slater’s pickup the win to become the youngest X-Division Champion in TNA history, but celebrations was interrupted by “The Phenomenal “.

AJ Styles came down to the ring, making his TNA TV return, and congratulated Slater. Styles is a former six-time X-Division Champion.

The phenomenal praised the new generation of TNA talent, spotlighting Leon Slater specifically and acknowledging his accomplishment so for. The Fans in attendance chanted “You deserve it!” at Slater, but AJ Styles tells him he didn’t deserve it—he earned it. The crowd roared in approval before breaking into a loud “Welcome back!” chant for Styles.

Also During tonight’s show The Hardy Boys (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) are once again the TNA Tag Team Champions which they captured in a four-way ladder match at the show.

Following the match, Bully Ray came to the ring and challenged The Hardys to “one more great tag-team match” against Team 3D at TNA Bound For Glory in October in Loweell, Mass.
