Andrade El Idolo Returns To AEW, Attacks Kenny Omega

Andrade El Idolo made his surprise return to AEW on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

Tonight’s six-year anniversary episode of AEW Dynamite kicked off with the Young Bucks and Josh Alexander facing off against AEW World Tag Team Champions Brodido and Kenny Omega, who was making his return on the show.

Kenny would pick up the win for his team, before he cut a promo on the six years of Dynamite, thanking the fans for their support.

Tthe lights would then go off, with Andrade El Idolo appearing in the ring to take out Kenny Omega.

Andrade dropped Omega before shaking hands with Don Callis.

The appearance marks Andrade’s return to AEW after departing WWE this past September. He originally left WWE in 2021, debuting with AEW that June and remaining there until the end of 2023, before making his comeback to WWE at the 2024 Royal Rumble.
