Backstage News On Future Of Partnership Between WWE And TNA

The partnership between WWE and TNA Wrestling is reportedly set to continue for the foreseeable future. According to a new report from Bodyslam.net, the working relationship between the two promotions has been extended and is expected to run until at least 2028.

In January 2025, WWE and TNA announced a multi-year partnership to create a series of crossover moments. Since then, several NXT Superstars have held TNA titles, while TNA wrestlers have competed several times on WWE TV. The Hardy Boyz, who are the reigning TNA World Tag Team Champions, captured the NXT Tag Team Title last year. Additionally, Joe Hendry competed against Randy Orton at WrestleMania 41.

Recently, TNA Wrestling secured a broadcast deal with AMC to begin airing their weekly episodes starting January 15. Some fans speculated that the deal could affect the ongoing relationship with WWE. However, TNA President Carlos Silva confirmed that the partnership would not only continue but expand in 2026.

Bodyslam+ is reporting that WWE and TNA are satisfied with the results of their collaboration. “Sources indicate to Bodyslam that the partnership will indeed continue and is expected to continue until at least 2028,” the report states. “Both WWE and TNA are happy with how business is going and the endless opportunities for talent to learn and grow outside of their own promotion.”
