AJ Lee made her return to a WWE ring for the first time in over ten years at Saturday’s Wrestlepalooza, where she teamed with CM Punk to beat Seth Rollins & Becky Lynch.
Multiple WWE sources tell fightful Select that AJ Lee “did really well” in her first match back, and that her performance was well received among talent and officials.
Lee’s previous match before WWE Wrestlepalooza came during the March 30, 2015, episode of RAW, the first RAW after WrestleMania 31.
AJ returned to WWE during the September 5, episode of WWE SmackDown.
