CM Punk will not be at tonight’s episode of WWE Raw.
According to a report from Pwinsider, WWE World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk is not in Kansas City for the live broadcast from the T-Mobile Center.
The reason is because Punk is currently off the road while filming a new movie project. It was announced last week that Punk has joined the cast of Netflix’s upcoming romantic comedy The Bodyguard. In the film, he plays “Doghouse,” a physically imposing member of the security team known for his loyalty and sharp sense of humor.
Tonight’s show takes place from from the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri. The lineup is:
* World Tag Team Championship Match: AJ Styles & Dragon Lee vs. The War Raiders.
* Finn Balor vs. Rey Mysterio.
* Lyra Valkyria vs. Roxanne Perez.
* We’ll hear from Gunther ahead of his match with John Cena at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
* What’s next for Stephanie Vaquer.
