On the November 19 episode of AEW Collision, Kazuchika Okada faced off with Mascara Dorada in a Double Jeopardy match, meaning that the winner of the match would get a shot at their opponent’s championship.
With everything being said and done, Kazuchika Okada ultimately won the match for Okada and The Don Callis Family.
After the match, Don Callis grabbed a microphone to make the announcement that the CMLL World Trios Championship match would actually be taking place at AEW Full Gear on the Saturday Tailgate Brawl pre-show.
