New Match is Set for Next Week Smackdown.
During July 11th episode of WWE SmackDown in Nashville, TN., it was announced that next week’s show will take place on Friday, July 18, 2025 from San Antonio, Texas.
It was also announced that Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena and 2025 King of the Ring Cody Rhodes will be “under one roof”.
This will be John Cena first appearance on WWE television since defeating CM Punk at WWE Night of Champions to retain the Undisputed WWE Championship. That same night Cody Rhodes also defeated Randy Orton in the finals of the 2025 King of the Ring tournament.
