The TNT Title was on the line At AEW X NJPW Forbidden Door as Kyle Fletcher face Hiromu Takahashi.
The bout starts off with both men circling the mat and Fletcher getting a shot in on Takahashi. Takahashi then hits the ropes, but gets sent to the mat by Fletcher. Takahashi then tries to fight back for a hurricanrana, but settles for a cross body off the ropes instead.
The finish saw Fletcher connect with the brainbuster for the victory.
Fletcher win the title from Dustin Rhodes in a street fight on the July 31st episode of AEW Collision.
