NXT Championship Match: Ricky Saints (c) vs. Oba Femi
Oba Femi makes his way to the ring first. As he walks out, the crowd chants “Ob-a! Ob-a!” in a style reminiscent of Goldberg’s classic entrance.Ricky Starks makes his entrance next, heading to the ring to face Oba Femi.
Ricky starts off by going for Oba’s leg, but Oba quickly tosses him aside. Oba then backs Ricky into the corner, but Ricky manages to slip away. Ricky locks in an arm bar, and even when Oba attempts a backbreaker, Ricky holds on tight to the submission. Oba tries for a slam, but Ricky counters by keeping the arm bar in place. Eventually, Oba powers through with a delayed backbreaker. He follows up with a kick and transitions into a wrist lock, then sends Ricky to the mat with an arm wringer.
Oba lands a punch to Ricky’s midsection and lifts him up for Snake Eyes. He then hoists Ricky onto his shoulders, but Ricky grabs the ropes to block the move. Ricky manages to avoid an F5 and counters with a DDT. He then heads to the ropes and walks them for an Old School-style move, striking a pose afterward.
Ricky applies a wrist lock, slips between Oba’s legs, and attempts a drop toe hold—but Oba doesn’t go down. Oba fires back with a forearm, but Ricky finally gets him to the mat. Oba grabs Ricky by the throat, looking for a chokeslam, but Ricky escapes and catches Oba with a boot to the face. Ricky follows up with a missile dropkick for a close near fall.
Ricky lands a few forearms, but when he goes for a crossbody, Oba catches him mid-air and delivers a punishing backbreaker. Oba keeps hold of him, lifts Ricky onto his shoulders, presses him overhead, and drops him face-first onto the mat. He follows with a double sledge to Ricky’s back, then chokes him on the ropes before showing off with a strut.
Oba crushes Ricky with a forearm in the corner and launches him with a release suplex, scoring a near fall. He stays on the attack with punches and an uppercut that knocks Ricky down again. Oba continues with more strikes and hits a Northern Lariat before doing push-ups to taunt Ricky.
Oba applies a top wrist lock, grinding his elbow into Ricky’s jaw, and follows with a series of near falls. He throws more punches, then lifts Ricky for a powerslam, but Ricky slips out and fights back with dropkicks to Oba’s knee. He charges in with a running back elbow in the corner, then goes for Old School again—this time hitting a hurricanrana. Ricky follows it up with a huge spear and gets a near fall.
Ricky blocks a powerbomb attempt and goes for a back body drop, but Oba stops it. Ricky hits a clothesline, and when Oba tries for a discus lariat, Ricky counters with a cutter for a near fall. Ricky then locks in a guillotine with body scissors, holding on tight as Oba gets to his feet. Oba reaches for the ropes but drops to his knees from the pressure. To escape, Oba drops Ricky onto the top rope. Oba charges with a clothesline, but Ricky moves, sending Oba over the top rope to the floor. Wasting no time, Ricky hits a suicide dive that sends Oba crashing into the announce table.
Oba beats the count and gets back in the ring. Ricky hits a Fameasser for a near fall. Ricky throws punches, but Oba fights back with a clothesline and some hard chops. He follows up with a running uppercut in the corner. Oba lifts Ricky for a Dominator, but Ricky escapes and rolls him up in a crucifix for a near fall. Oba recovers, picks Ricky up, and this time lands the Dominator for another close count.
Oba charges for a shoulder in the corner, but Ricky moves and Oba crashes into the ring post and falls to the floor. Ricky tries a kick from the apron, but Oba chops him. Ricky then sends Oba into the ring steps. Ricky attempts a tornado DDT on the floor but lands awkwardly on the steps. Back in the ring, Ricky hits the tornado DDT for a near fall. Oba counters Ricky’s Roshambo into his Fall from Grace, but Ricky kicks out at two. Oba follows with a sit-out powerbomb and gets the three count.
Winner: Oba Femi (new champion)
After the match, Ricky gets to his feet and offers a handshake. Oba accepts.
Sol is on the phone, saying she wishes Zaria was there with her. Zaria responds, saying she thought Sol didn’t want her there. Sol apologizes for not telling her about Saturday Night’s Main Event. Zaria says she would’ve liked to hear it from Sol directly. She adds that they need to talk and wishes Sol good luck.

Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge: Sol Ruca vs. Jordynne Grace vs. Kelani Jordan vs. Lola Vice vs. Kendal Grey
Kelani Jordan and Kendal Grey are the first two entrants in the match. Kelani Jordan and Kendal Grey exchange a few words before locking up. Grey gets a waist lock, but Kelani breaks free with a kick and an Irish whip. Grey floats over in the corner and trips Kelani, but misses a dropkick. They both go for leg sweeps and quick covers. Grey gets a jackknife pin, but Kelani escapes.
Kelani slaps Grey, and Grey responds with a pair of waist lock takedowns. She follows with a rollup for a near fall. Kelani then sends Grey into the ring post. Grey bounces back with a leg sweep and hits a slingshot double stomp for another near fall. Kelani counters with an inside cradle, and they trade near falls back and forth.
Kelani heads to the apron and kicks Grey. Grey throws a forearm but misses a baseball slide, allowing Kelani to hit a double stomp. She follows by running Grey into the apron. Back in the ring, Kelani hits a Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Grey fires off some punches, but Kelani counters with an Irish whip followed by a backbreaker for a near fall. Grey responds with a kick, and both competitors take each other down with flying hair whips. Grey is sent to the apron, and Kelani follows by sending her into the turnbuckle. Kelani kicks Grey and lands a leg drop across the ropes for a near fall. Kelani heads to the top rope, but Grey moves out of the way and Kelani rolls through. Grey takes advantage with a powerslam and gets the three count.

The next entrant is Jordynne Grace.
Grace comes in strong with punches and a gutwrench suplex. She throws Grey into the corner and hits a running double knee strike to the back, followed by a double-jump Vader Bomb for a near fall. Grace blocks a kick and counters with a sunset flip for another near fall, then transitions into a modified stump puller.
Kelani escapes the penalty box and goes after Grace with a kick and forearm. Grey tries a rollup, but Kelani reverses it. Grey grabs an ankle lock, but Kelani escapes and rolls her up for a three count.

Grace fires off a forearm and kicks Kelani, then drives her into the turnbuckles multiple times. She tries for a backslide, then hits a short-arm clothesline. Kelani locks in a front facelock, but Grace misses a backfist. Kelani lands a roundhouse kick followed by an X-Factor for a near fall.
Grace kicks Kelani and goes to the apron, then clotheslines Grey as she exits the penalty box. Kelani follows up with a twisting pescado onto Grace and goes for a near fall on Grey. Kelani climbs to the top rope, but Grace cuts her off with an elbow. Kelani pushes Grey off the ropes, but Grey climbs back up. Grace gets underneath and delivers an Electric Chair Drop while Grey connects with a superplex, sending Kelani crashing to the mat.
The next entrant is Lola Vice.
Lola enters with a flurry of kicks and drops Grey with a spinning back heel kick for a three count.

She follows with more hip attacks and even a stinkface, scoring near falls on both Kelani and Grace.
Lola hits an axe kick to Kelani’s back and lands several more kicks. Meanwhile, Grey goes for a cross arm breaker on Grace, but Grace counters with a roll-up. Grey reverses it and gets the three count.

Before Sol can enter, she’s taken to the back. In the ring, Grace nearly scores another pin while Grey and Lola trap her in double armbars. Lola counters a rollup for a near fall. The action goes back and forth.
Kelani pulls Sol off the apron and drives her leg into the steel steps. Back in the ring, Grey and Lola double-team Grace. Grace tries a double suplex but gets reversed and they both get near falls. She fights back with shoulder tackles and hits a Blue Thunder Bomb. Grace sets up for a Five Knuckle Shuffle on Grey, but Kelani stops her with a superkick.
Lola grabs Kelani in a waist lock, but Kelani rolls her up. Grey blocks a kick, and Kelani tries a double dropkick, but Lola blocks it. Kelani lands on her feet and hits a double Pele kick.
Grace and Kelani fight on the apron, and Kelani hits a Spanish Fly to the outside. Sol returns and kicks Kelani, then sends her back into the ring. Sol hits Sol Snatcher on both Lola and Kelani and pins them both.

Sol locks in a Dragon Sleeper on Grey. Grace rolls Grey over into a single leg crab, and Sol transitions into a Camel Clutch. Lola enters and applies a sleeper on Kelani as she and Grace exit the penalty box with five minutes left.
Lola delivers a series of kicks, but Sol catches her with a slingshot X-Factor. Grey hits Shades of Grey on Grace for a near fall. Kelani rolls up Grace and scores a three count.

Lola throws Grey into the steel steps while Sol takes out Grace with a kick. Lola hits a seated splash on Grey. Sol lands a moonsault off the apron, and Kelani follows with an Asai Moonsault. Back in the ring, Kelani hits an Olympic Slam but misses a 450 splash and rolls through.
With two and a half minutes remaining, Grace hits a German suplex and Blockbuster combo, then lands a powerbomb on Kelani and gets the three count. Grey hits a Meteora on Grace for a near fall, but Lola quickly gets a three count on Grey. Sol goes for another Sol Snatcher, but stumbles into the ropes as time runs out.
Lola locks in a rear naked choke on Sol Ruca on the floor. Sol fights her way to the ring steps and hits Sol Snatcher on Lola outside the ring. She rolls Lola back into the ring, but Kelani catches Sol with a kick to the back of the leg. Kelani follows up with a 450 splash, but Grace breaks up the pin just in time.
Grey takes advantage and hits Shades of Grey on Lola, scoring the three count.

Blake Monroe is with Ava, and she brings up the idea of a weekly Open Challenge for the title. Ava says Blake is only champion because Zaria threw in the towel. She questions if Blake can defend the title every week and says he’s not as tough as Ilja Dragunov or Sami Zayn. Still, she agrees to the challenge.
Elsewhere, Sarah interviews Myles Borne and asks what number he’s choosing. Myles says he wanted to face Ricky, but he’s fine going up against Oba again. He explains his strategy and says he’ll be entering third. He adds that John Cena picked him for this match.
Backstage, Kelani Jordan and Jordynne Grace are brawling. Officials rush in to separate them.
NXT North American Championship Match: Ethan Page (c) vs. Mr. Iguana
Mr. Iguana starts with a waist lock, but Ethan Page counters with a shoulder tackle. Iguana plays possum, and when Page tries to help him up, Iguana surprises him with an arm drag followed by a dropkick.
Iguana catches Page with a crucifix for a near fall. Page fires back with a knee and an Irish whip, but Iguana floats over and grabs his puppet. Page responds with a DDT and throws Iguana into the turnbuckles. Page climbs up for a superplex, but Iguana uses the puppet to whip him, causing a distraction. As Page argues with the referee, Iguana hits a crossbody for another near fall. He follows up with a satellite arm drag, sending Page to the floor.
Iguana goes for a pescado, but Page slides back into the ring. He catches Iguana with a punch and sends him into the ring steps. Back inside, Page lands a back elbow. Page whips Iguana into the corner but runs into a boot. Iguana follows up with a springboard crossbody. He grabs his puppet again, and it bites Page. Iguana heads to the ropes, but Page yanks him down and hits a powerslam.
Page stays on the attack with punches and stomps, then hits a body slam. He finishes the sequence with a hard boot to Iguana’s head. Page grabs Iguana’s puppet, spits in its face, and throws it up the aisle. Iguana is furious and responds with a hard chop to Page, then hits a tornado DDT.
Iguana climbs the turnbuckles, but Page crotches him and sets up for a Super Ego’s Edge. Iguana counters with a super rana, sending Page flying. Page rolls out to the floor, and Iguana follows with a flip dive into a rana on the outside. Back in the ring, Iguana goes up top and lands a flying headbutt for a near fall. Iguana heads to the top rope, but Page cuts him off and throws him down hard to the mat. Page follows up with Twisted Grin and gets the three count.
Winner: Ethan Page (retains the championship)
Sarah congratulates Kendal Grey on her big win. Kendal says she’s full of adrenaline and admits nobody expected her to come out on top. Sol Ruca walks in and tells Kendal she was the better woman tonight—but adds that if she’d had her full time in the match and was at 100%, the result would’ve been different. Sol says she plans to fight for her friend.
Later, Oba Femi approaches Dark State and tells Dion Lennox, “I did my part.” Dion replies, “Then I’ll do mine.”
Tatum Paxley vs. Izzi Dame
Niko and Shawn Spears get into the ring before the match, but the referee steps in and sends them to the back.
Izzi Dame tries to jump Tatum Paxley from behind, but Tatum turns around just in time to stop her. The referee calls for the bell. Izzi tries to mess with Tatum’s head and thinks she got in her head—but it doesn’t work. Tatum fires back with hard forearms. Izzi responds with a clothesline to take control.
Tatum hits a kick followed by a flip leg drop, sending Izzi to the floor. Izzi backs off and begs for mercy. Tatum follows her outside and offers to help her up as Izzi insists everything is fine. They share a hug—until Izzi suddenly gives the classic “Cena heel turn” stare and slams Tatum into the ring steps. Izzi then kicks Tatum and follows up with a back elbow. Tatum drives Izzi into the corner and goes for a running crossbody into the turnbuckles, but Izzi gets her knees up just in time. Izzi kicks Tatum, whips her into the opposite corner, and hits a series of shoulders and punches.
Izzi follows up with a satellite backbreaker for a near fall, then lands a European uppercut. She delivers two stiff knees to Tatum’s midsection. Tatum counters by locking in a sleeper hold and jumps on Izzi’s back. Izzi tries to shake her off by backing into the turnbuckles. Izzi hits another knee to the midsection, then drops Tatum across the top rope. She follows by sending Tatum shoulder-first into the ring post and connects with another knee strike. Izzi hits a backbreaker and follows up by locking in a Boston Crab. Tatum crawls toward the ropes, but Izzi pulls her back to the center of the ring and transitions into a Liontamer. Tatum manages to counter with an inside cradle for a near fall.
zzi dares Tatum to fight back and slaps her across the face. Tatum snaps, unleashing a flurry of punches and kicks. She hits a German suplex followed by a stiff kick, then connects with a leaping elbow drop for a near fall. Tatum climbs the turnbuckles, but Izzi cuts her off with a forearm. Izzi climbs up and sets for a superplex, but Tatum blocks it and shoves her down to the mat. As Tatum comes off the top, Izzi catches her with a dropkick, then follows with a swinging neckbreaker for a near fall. Izzi and Tatum trade forearms back and forth in the center of the ring. Tatum lands a superkick, and Izzi misses a bicycle kick. Tatum takes control with a crucifix bomb and follows it up with a suicide dive to the outside.
On the floor, Tatum hits a roundhouse kick off the announce table and delivers a German suplex onto the floor. She then clears the announce table and lays Izzi across it with a forearm. Tatum sets up for Cemetery Drive as Izzi begs for mercy—but Tatum hits it anyway, slamming her onto the table.
Tatum rolls Izzi back into the ring, but before she can follow, Shawn Spears appears and offers her some dolls. Tatum hesitates, takes the dolls, and suddenly reverts to her “innocent” persona. Spears rips the head off one of the dolls, and Tatum strikes him in anger. Izzi takes advantage, hitting a kick and then a sitdown powerbomb for the three count.

Je’Von Evans tells Ricky Saints to stay positive, reminding him that he’s been champion before and will be champion again. But Ricky says he can’t do it—he couldn’t beat Oba, and now “The Impossible” is back. Je’Von responds by saying he’s not waiting until New Year’s Evil. He plans to win the title before then.
Shiloh Hill is in his room talking about how he first got into football. He says he once saw squirrels “talking,” chased one of them, and a coach noticed how fast he was. He also mentions he has a tooth stuck in his head from a fight when he was nine.
Shiloh Hill will have his first NXT match this week. Kelani Jordan will face Jordynne Grace, and the U.S. Title Open Challenge begins Tuesday.
Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge: Je’Von Evans vs. Joe Hendry vs. Myles Borne vs. Leon Slater vs. Dion Lennox
The first two participants are Leon Slater and Je’Von Evans. Evans goes for a springboard cutter, but Leon Slater blocks it. Leon hits a kick on the apron and sends Evans down to the mat. They lock up with a Greco-Roman knuckle lock, and Leon takes Evans down, but Evans kicks him away. Slater follows up with a headscissors takedown.
Evans responds with a snap mare, and they each try to block kicks. Evans holds onto Leon’s foot, but Leon breaks free with an enzuigiri. Slater connects with a handspring back elbow for a near fall, then lands a few punches. Evans fires back with shots of his own, and after a brief exchange, Slater connects with a kick.
Evans hits an Irish whip—Slater tries to float over, but Evans doesn’t follow into the corner. Evans hits a springboard headscissors and a dropkick for a near fall.
Evans lands two hard chops, and Leon answers back with a flurry of his own. Evans floats over and delivers another chop. Leon counters with a body scissors for a near fall, and they go back and forth with quick pin attempts.
Evans goes for another springboard cutter, but Leon dodges and rolls him up for a near fall. Evans finally lands a cutter, but when he goes for another springboard move, Leon catches him with a dropkick. Evans recovers and nails a rana for the three count.

Myles lands a punch, but Evans sends him to the floor. Leon Slater capitalizes with a crossbody on Evans for a near fall, then dropkicks Myles off the apron. Evans tries to suplex Leon, but Leon mule kicks him into Myles. Leon rolls through and suplexes Evans over the top rope, hanging on himself. The two trade punches on the apron until Myles hits a flip dive to take them both out. Myles rolls Evans back into the ring for a near fall, then brings Leon in and nearly pins him too. Myles delivers a series of European uppercuts to Leon, but Leon fires back with a chop. Evans joins in with a chop to Leon, and Myles answers with a punch to Evans. Myles tries to pin Evans for a near fall, then gets another near fall on Leon.
Evans and Myles start trading punches. Evans lands a chop on Myles and then hits a Superman punch on Leon. Leon fires back with a Superman punch of his own to Myles. Leon attempts a handspring back elbow, and when Evans and Myles try to catch him, he lands on his feet.
Evans hits a suplex followed by a splash on Leon for a near fall.
The next entrant is Dion Lennox.
Dion enters with a clothesline to Evans and takes out both Myles and Leon. He delivers shoulders to Myles and hits a Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Leon tries to fight back with kicks, but Dion answers with a kick of his own and sends Leon to the apron.
Evans and Dion trade punches in the corner until Leon pulls Evans down and lands a few strikes. Evans returns the favor, and together they place Dion on the top rope, setting up for a double superplex. Dion fights them off, but Leon kicks him from the outside. Myles then lifts Leon onto his shoulders and Dion connects with a Doomsday Device.
Dion follows up with an Island Driveron Evans and scores a three count.

Hendry storms into the match with clotheslines to both Dion and Myles. He drops Leon with a neckbreaker, then catches Evans and hits a fallaway slam. Joe doesn’t stop there—he lifts both Leon and Evans and delivers a double fallaway slam, clearing the ring with a burst of momentum.
Joe Hendry sets up for Standing Ovation on Leon Slater, but Dion Lennox cuts him off with a clothesline. They brawl until Joe sends Dion over the top rope, then tosses Leon and Je’Von Evans out as well. Joe looks around and hits a Fosbury Flop onto all three men.
Back in the ring, Joe tries Standing Ovation on Myles Borne, but Myles blocks it. Joe counters Borne Again and hits a uranage on Myles for a three count.

Dion pulls Joe to the floor. Evans dives out, but Dion throws him into the referee and locks him in the penalty box. Dion hits a powerslam on Myles, but Joe breaks up the cover and hits Standing Ovation, though Dion rolls to the floor.
Evans escapes the box and clotheslines Dion. Leon flies in with a flip dive onto Evans. Evans recovers, hitting a cutter to Leon, then follows with a double-jump cutter—but Myles breaks the pin.
Myles shoulder tackles Evans and hits a Super Borne Again, but Dion pulls him off. Leon goes up and lands another Swanton 450, but Joe tries a powerbomb, only to tumble over the top rope.
Myles goes for the cover—but Evans rolls him into an inside cradle for the three count.

After the match, Je’Von Evans shows respect by shaking hands with Leon Slater and Myles Borne. He offers a handshake to Dion Lennox as well, but Dion refuses and leaves the ring.
Oba Femi makes his way to the aisle for the obligatory stare down with Evans. Suddenly, the lights go out. The ShawnTron lights up, showing the return of Tony D’Angelo—standing on a bridge, just like in his old “business” days of dumping bodies. Moments later, Tony D’Angelo appears in the ring and choke slams Evans. He then spills the same mysterious material that was previously sent to Ava in a package.
