Otis has made his return to Raw during tonight’s October 20 episode of the show in Sacramento, California.
Otis returned alongside Akira Tozawa as they accompanied Maxxine Dupri into the building. Dupri was preparing for her match against Becky Lynch for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
Otis had been off WWE TV since May when he was taken out by Rusev.
