PENTA made an appearance at AAA Guerra de Titanes 2025. He is in the house to support WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio and brother Rey Fenix. The duo is set to take on reigning AAA Mega Champion and WWE Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio and El Grande Americano in a tag team match in the main event of the show.
Later in the show, PENTA was shown backstage speaking with Fenix, where he apologized for being sidelined with an injury and unable to compete alongside him.
PENTA has been out of action since November, when he was injured during his semifinal bout against Solo Sikoa in the Last Time Is Now Tournament.
