During the October 29 edition of AEW Dynamite, The Sisters of Sin defeated Jamie Hayter and Queen Aminata in the first round of the tournament to crown the inaugural AEW Women’s Tag Team Champions. Due to some help from outside interference by Thekla.
With the win, Sisters of Sin now move on to the semifinals of the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Tournament. Their next opponents will be the winners of Mercedes Moné & Athena vs. Willow Nightingale & Harley Cameron.
