Steve Maclin Regains International Title At TNA Bound For Glory

TNA Bound For Glory opened with the TNA International Championship match, as Frankie Kazarian defended his title against Steve Maclin.

The match starts off with Maclin having the upper hand early on and Maclin fights back. He is then sent out of the ring for a sunset powerbomb by Kazarian, who heads to the crowd to mock Maclin’s mother. She then responds with a double bird salute. This then riles Kazarian up, but Maclin blindsides him to bring Kazarian back in the ring. Maclin then hits an Olympian slam to stay on top of things and charges at Kazarian in the corner to set up a tree of woe.

Kazarian then sends Maclin to the corner and he looks for the Fade to Black off the turnbuckle, but Maclin fights back and he forces Kazarian to the mat with a bite. Maclin then hits a diving headbutt, but Kazarian rolls out of the way to hit a cutter for a near fall of his own.

In the end Maclin hits Kazarian with the KIA for the win.
