TNA Slammiversary goes down tonight from UBS Arena in Long Island, New York.

Countdown Pre-Show Results:

TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship Match:The Elegance Brand (Ash and Heather by Elegance) (c) vs. The IInspiration (Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay)

The match starts off with Heather By Elegance and Jessica McKay and McKay gets Heather in the corner and stomps her. McKay then makes the tag to Lee and both women hit a double team spot and do their pose. The Elegance Brand then takes over the match and controls the offensive for a couple of minutes until Cassie Lee gets the tag and shifts the momentum into the favor of The IInspiration. Lee then hits a superplex off the ropes on Ash for a two count that M By Elegance breaks up.

McKay and Lee then look for their Idolizer double team finisher, only for it to be broken up. A torch to the face from The Elegance Brand then leads to Rarified Air from Ash By Elegance for the win.

Singles Match: The Home Town Man vs. The Northern Armory’s Eric Young

The match starts off with The Hometown Man taking out Judas Icarus and Travis Williams at ringside. He then enters the ring and begins mixing it up with Young. Young then fights back and tears the New York Islanders jersey off The Hometown Man. The Hometown Man then begins fighting back and taking over. He then hits the ten punch spot on Young in the corner as the fans count along. He then brings Young to the ropes in the corner, but Young knocks him off and hits a flying elbow for a two count.

Young then looks for a piledriver, but The Hometown Man rolls him up for the win.

6-Man Tag Team Match: TNA International Champion “Bulletproof” Steve Maclin, Jake Something and Mance Warner vs. 4th Rope Wrestling’s Ropebreakers (Real1, Zilla Fatu and Josh Bishop)

The match starts off with Fatu and Warner and both men trade some shots. Fatu then hits a Samoan Drop and heads to the top rope. He then misses a big splash and Warner tags in Maclin. Real1 then tags in and Maclin goes to work on him. Things then break down with all six men brawling it out inside and outside of the ring. Bishop then hits a big chokeslam and we get an incidental contact with Warner that leads to Real1 hitting the Eat Defeat for win.

Main card:

Singles Match: Mustafa Ali vs. Cedric Alexander

The match starts off with both men wasting no time in going after each other and locking up. The action then spills to the floor early, where Ali hits a German suplex. He then re-enters the ring and goes for a dive through the ropes, but his Secret Service agent doesn’t catch him and he lands right on his head. Ali then leans against the ring apron on the floor. Alexander then hits a Michinoku Driver from the middle rope that sends Ali crashing onto his secret service agents, Hotch and Skyler.

Alexander then has Ali down and introduces a chair into the match. Steelz then runs back down and slides into the ring. She then crawls to the chair, but by the time she gets to ii Alexander steps on it. Alexander then hits Steelz with a Lumbar Check, but Ali hits Alexander with a 450 for the win.

After the match, Mustafa Ali celebrates his win at ringside, while Hotch and Skyler carries Steelz to the back.

8-Man Tag Team Match:DarkState (Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin, Saquon Shugars and Cutler James) vs. “The Complete” Matt Cardona and The System (“The Most Professional Wrestler” Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards and JDC)

The match starts off with DarkState surrounding the ring, The System and Cardona then bring the fight to them, with all eight guys brawling in and around the ringside area. Alisha then slides JDC a chair and blows a whistle and points to the sky in an homage to Sabu before JDC hits a dive to the floor. Osiris then manhandles Myers in the ring after Myers is sent into the steel ring post on the floor. Things then settle down and DarkState takes advantage. Lennox then tags in and picks up where Osiris left off, taking it to Myers.

Shugars then ends up as the legal man in the ring for DarkState just as Cardona finally tags in for the other side. The crowd then goes wild as Cardona hits the Re-Boot for a two count. Cardona then hits the Radio Silence into a Boston Knee Party from Edwards for the win.

The winners of the 8-Man Tag Team Match, “The Complete” Matt Cardona and The System (“The Most Professional Wrestler” Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards and JDC)

Singles Match: Diamond Tessa Blanchard vs. Indi Hartwell

The match starts off with both women staring each other down before locking up. Blanchard then gets Hartwell to chase her in and around the ring and catches her with a big shot. Blanchard then continues to dominate Hartwell. Both women then hit a flurry of offense. We then get some back and forth from both women. Blanchard then hits her Magnum finisher off the ropes and goes for the cover, but Hartwell kicks out.

Hartwell then hits her Hurts Don’t It finisher and a goes for a pin for the win.

The winner of the Singles Match, Indi Hartwell!

After the match, Gia Miller is interviewing Indi Hartwell at ringside. Blanchard then snaps and attacks Hartwell. Miller then tries to stop her, but Blanchard snaps even more and viciously attacks Miller as well by slamming her face into the steel steps as Crawford holds Hartwell back from attempting to help. Security then eventually breaks things up.

Title vs. Title Winner Takes All Match: TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich vs. Fatal Influence’s WWE NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne

The match starts off with Fatal Influence using their numbers advantage. Jayne then talks trash to Rodz, but he doesn’t respond. Jane then gets the advantage and she dominates Slamovich, but is unable to finish her off. Fatal Influence then gets involved everytime Slamovich tries to get back into it. Jane then tries a cheap shot with the title, but Slamovich is still fighting. Fatal Influence then gets involved again and Xia Brookside and Lei Ying Lee make their way down to the ring to make the save, beating down Jazmyn Nyx and Fallon Henley in the process. Slamovich then hits a Snow Plow for a two count.

Slamovich then looks for Requiem, but Jane avoids it. Jane then gets a roll-up out of nowhere, but Slamovich kicks out. Jane then hits a Rolling Encore on Slamovich and covers her for the win.

The winner of the Title vs. Title Winner Takes All Match and still the WWE NXT Women’s Champion and new TNA Knockouts World Champion, Fatal Influence’s Jacy Jayne

After the match, TNA President Carlos Silva brings the Knockouts Championship to the apron. Jayne then takes it from him and taunts him before celebrating with both titles. Hannifan then notes that the top TNA championships are both held by NXT wrestlers.

TNA X-Division Championship Match: The System’s Moose (c) vs. “The Youngest In Charge” Leon Slater

The match starts off with Moose manhandling Slater. Moose then lifts Slater up in a powerbomb position. Moose then swings Slater side-to-side, looking to bash him into the ring apron. Slater then flips to his feet and leaps a charging Moose, who spears the ring steps. Slater then takes advantage and hits some big spots back inside the ring. Slater then sends Moose out to the floor and hits his sprinting leap over the ring post to the floor spot.

Slater then sends Moose back into the ring and climbs to the top. Moose then rolls far away and flips Slater off. Slater then hits a Swanton bomb like move on Moose from way across the ring. He then follows it up with a Senton 450 off the top for the win.

The winner and new TNA X-Division Champion, Leon Slater

After the match, Slater celebrates the win with his mom, sister and girlfriend in the crowd. TNA President Carlos Silva then goes to hand the title to Slater, but Moose grabs it and puts the title around the waist of Slater and says a few words to Leon as a sign of respect.

The music of AJ Styles hits. and the former X-Division Champion is met with a huge pop. He then makes his way down to the ring as the fans continue to go nuts. AJ then shakes the hand of Slater and grabs a mic as the fans chant AJ.

AJ then asks if TNA misses him. We then get a welcome back chant. AJ then says here he is in this ring, where his name was built. AJ then says he is the Phenomenal AJ Styles. AJ then says the lights are brighter and the crowd is louder here and the talent is better than its ever been. The fans then chant at Leon “You deserve it!” AJ then tells Leon he doesn’t deserve it as he has earned it. AJ then says its guys like Leon that make him love the business and love what they do. AJ then thanks Leon as the fans chant AJ Styles. The fans then start chanting one more match. AJ then says he wants to talk about Leon as he showed everyone its about no limits. AJ then says the X-Division is in Phenomenal hands. AJ then says its time for Leon to make a legacy for himself and hypes up Leon. AJ then raises the hand of Leon and hugs him. Leon then leaves the ring as AJ claps and acknowledges the fans, who continue to cheer him.

TNA World Tag Team Championship 4-Way Tag Team Ladder Match: The Nemeths (“The Wanted Man” Nic Nemeth and “The Hollywood Hunk” Ryan Nemeth (c) vs. The Hardys (Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy) vs. The Rascalz (Myron Reed and Zachary Wentz) vs. Fir$t Cla$$ (AJ Francis and KC Navarro)

The match starts off with KC Navarro taking some crazy bumps. The Hardys then work over Francis and climbs two ladders, but the Nemeths push over the ladders. Nic then hits a Danger Zone on Matt. Ryan then leaves the ring and jaw jacks at former MLB star Johnny Damon. Nic then gets his brother to return to the ring and they climd a ladder, but Reed and Wentz climbs up behind them. Navarro then pushes the ladder over, forcing the Nemeths and The Rascalz to crash and burn. Navarro. then hits a chair over the back of the four men.

Jeff then tries again, but the ladders still doesn’t break and his back snaps bad upon landing. Jeff then calls for something from the entrance area. We then see a rope style ladder drop from the ceiling. Ryan then starts climbing it, but Matt nails him with a chair. Nic then tries climbing the rope ladder, but Jeff stops him. Jeff then climbs the rope ladder and pulls the belts down for the win.

The winners of the 4-Way Ladder Match and new TNA World Tag Team Champions, The Hardys (Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy)!

After the match, Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy celebrates their win until Bully Ray’s music hits and he makes his way down to the ring to go face-to-face with The Hardys. Ray then locks eyes with Matt and Jeff. Bully then has a mic in hand and says allow him to be the first on another world tag team championship. Bully then says the Hardys are catching up and it was another amazing match by the Hardy Boyz. He then says congratulations to them for what is an attendance records for TNA. Ray then says he has a good reason why he is here and the entire wrestling world knows why. Ray then says 25 years ago the Hardys and the Dudleys made history in New York at the Royal Rumble and they stole the show.

Ray then says both teams went on to greatness, but who is greatest of all time. The fans then chant Hardys. Bully then says the greatest of all time is the Road Warriors and it is not about who has the most championships, but giving the fans all over the world the greatest tag team match of all time. Bully then says its something special that can never happen again and in October at Bound For Glory it will be Hardys vs. Team 3-D in one last match. The fans then chant where is D-Von. Bully then says that is a great point and great question and at Bound For Glory you will hear for the last time D-Von get the tables. The Hardys then shake the hand of Bully and celebrate again.

TNA announces Bound For Glory on October 12 at Tsongas Center in UMass Lowell.

Santino Marcello then announces that Tessa Blanchard is suspended indefinitely for her attack on Gia Miller. Santino then asks the Busted Open Panel their predictions for the main event. Frankie Kazarian’s music then hits and he interrupts the segment. Kazarian says Busted Open Radio sucks and they are celebrating him as no one else has done more for TNA than him. Kazarian then says he is the uncrowned TNA World Champion and should be in this match. Kazarian then says he is going to be on commentary for the main event.

TNA World Championship 3-Way Match: Trick Williams (c) vs. Joe Hendry vs. “The Realest” Mike Santana

The match starts off with all three men wasting no time in going after each other and brawling. Hendry and Santana then get Williams out of the ring. With Williams down on the floor recovering, Hendry and Santana duke it out in the ring. Santana then looks for Spin the Block, but doesn’t get it. Williams then nails him from behind after re-entering the ring. All three men then go at it again and chaos ensues.

Hendry and Santana then duke it out by themselves back in the ring. Hendry then hits the Standing Ovation on Santana and goes for the cover, but Santana kicks out. Santana then gets up to his knees and tells Hendry to bring it on. Both men trade shots back-and-forth and Santana gets back to his feet. Santana then nails Hendry with Spin the Block. Santana then hits another Spin the Block on Hendry and goes for the cover, but William steals the pin for the win.
