WWE NXT Results 7/29/25

Here are the results for July 29th results from tonight’s episode of WWE NXT.

The show opens up with the entire roster gathered and surrounding the ring. We then get a ten bell salute honoring the late great Hulk Hogan who passed away last week. We then get a Hulk Hogan tribute video.

Jaida Parker vs. Jazmyn Nyx

The match starts off with both women wasting no time in going after each other and locking up. Nyx then looks to hit a kick on Parker’s chest, but Parker catches it. Nyx then hits a springboard kick on Parker’s chest, but Parker sends Nyx into the corner. Nyx then nails Parker with a double back heel kick, then sends her crashing into the mat twice face first and cinches in a submission on her.

Parker then delivers a couple of right hands on Nyx’s midsection and sends her crashing into the mat with a suplex, but Nyx nails Parker with a forearm. Parker then returns the favor, but Nyx hits a Pele Kick on Parker. Parker then responds with a back elbow on Nyx and an overhand chop on her, then drapes her across the middle turnbuckle and hits her signature Hip Attack. Parker then hits a second Hip Attack on Nyx for the win.

The winner of the Singles Match, Jaida Parker.

Je’Von Evans then makes his way down to the ring and grabs a mic. Evans starts off by saying The Undertaker gave him some legendary advice last week and told him to go after the NXT Championship.

Trick Williams then cuts Evans off and says he knows Evans is on his high horse, but Evans tells Williams to slow down with his big dog energy. Williams then says despite what The Undertaker says, the fact still remains that he’s the biggest thing in NXT and TNA Wrestling right now. Evans then says he was talking about Oba Femi rather than Williams himself, but Williams says Femi had lust in his eyes and wishes he wanted the TNA World Championship. He then says since Femi wants something he has, he’ll take something that Femi has in the NXT Championship and tells Jacy Jayne to watch out as a two time champion.

The High Ryze’s music then hits and the trio make their way down to the ring. Wes Lee says Evans should be calling out Femi, but Williams is still on a whole different level than him. He then says while The Undertaker gave Evans good advice, he gave it to the wrong person since Evans doesn’t understand what it takes to be a good champion. He then says some people can captivate the WWE Universe. Evans then looks to attack Williams and The High Ryze, but the four men outnumber him. Tyson DuPont and Tyriek Igwe then hold Evans in place for Lee to hit a Kardiak Kick on Evans. Lee then grabs the mic and says he is going to set something up with Ava so he can lay Evans’ ass out again.

We then see Uriah Connors and Kale Dixon outside the men’s locker room and are going to go after the Tag Team Champions. They then get ready to rush in with chairs and decide to check first. Uriah then checks and Hank & Tank see them. They then go to rush in and come face to face with Hank & Tank. Hank then asks what they’re doing and in a screamed back and forth, Hank & Tank say they can have a title match without the attack. Hank then says they’ll make it official for next week. Chase then walks up and asks what’s going on and is shocked they are going to use chairs. He then apologizes and Hank & Tank say it’s okay and walk off.

Singles Match (If Tavion Heights wins, he is free from the NQCC): No Quarter Catch Crew’s Tavion Heights vs. No Quarter Catch Crew’s Charlie Dempsey

The match starts off with both men locking up. They then go back and forth with one another, but Heights and Dempsey nail one another with crossbodies. Dempsey then nails Heights with a strike, then wears him down with a submission. He then sends Heights crashing into the ring steps on the outside, then cinches in a Boston Crab on him back inside the ring before he transitions into a Half Boston Crab.

Heights then rolls through to break the hold, then runs Dempsey over with a flying clothesline and sends him crashing into the mat. He then hits a Death Valley Driver on Dempsey and follows it up with a belly-to-belly suplex for the win.

After the match, Dempsey shakes the hand of Heights. Dempsey then leaves with Wren Sinclair as Heights celebrates in the ring.

We then head to the back, where Trick Williams is with The High Ryze and he tells them to finish Je’Von tonight. Lee then says he will do it and asks Trick to set up a TNA World Tag Team Title shot for Tyson and Tyriek. Santino then shows up and says he is the stroke at TNA, but tonight he is a WWE Superstar battling Bum Hole Boy Ethan Page. He then tells Trick the World Title is coming home soon.

Blake Monroe’s music then hits and she makes her way down to the ring. Monroe then grabs a mic and starts off by saying while everyone is questioning why she betrayed Jordynne Grace at WWE Evolution, she has a simple answer: Grace isn’t good enough. Monroe then says Grace is more of a backstage player, then shows older pictures of Grace and mocks her for her appearance. Monroe then praises herself for how she looked years ago unlike how she perceived Grace as looking back in the day.

Lola Vice’s music then hits and she makes her way down to the ring. Vice tells Monroe to be quiet, then asks Monroe how she can be so beautiful but so ugly inside. Vice then says star power is flying across the world to compete in AAA and creating viral moments rather than taking selfies backstage.

Jaida Parker’s music then hits and she makes her way down to the ring. Parker says Vice and Monroe are talking about viral moments, but she needs no one to make any type of noise. Jordynne Grace’s music then hits, but Kelani Jordan instead appears and says she’s not the Jordan that Monroe was looking for. Jordan then says Monroe can’t do it like she can, but Monroe tells Jordan that she finally got a personality and challenges her to a match next week before hitting a headbutt on her. Monroe then brawls with Jordan, while Parker and Vice brawl with one another. Vice and Jordan then send Monroe and Parker crashing out of the ring. Monroe then hugs Parker on the outside, but Parker shoves Monroe and sends her crashing onto the floor.

We then head to the back, where Tatum Paxley is excited about her win last week and says she wants to challenge Sol Ruca next week. Izzi Dame then says it was a big win, but she didn’t pin the champion. Shawn Spears and Niko Vance then walk up and congratulate Paxley on helping them win last week. Spears then says he got Paxley a Women’s North American Title Match next week. Dame isn’t happy, but plays it off nice. Paxley is so happy right now and they walk off. Luca Crusifino then appears and says no family lasts forever.

Lash Legend vs. Fallon Henley

The match starts off with Henley mocking Legend. Legend then delivers some forearms on Henley, but Henley hits a couple of forearms of her own on Legend. Legend then responds with a Gorilla Press Slam on Henley as an image of Joe Hendry flashes on the screen for the second time of the night.

Legend then hits a Fallaway Slam on Henley, then sends her crashing out of the ring as she climbs to the middle rope. Jazmyn Nyx then inserts herself between Henley and Legend, but Legend hits a forearm on her. Jacy Jayne then looks to hit Legend with her NXT Women’s Championship belt, but Legend runs over Jayne with a pump kick. Nia Jax then appears out of nowhere and nails Legend from behind, opening the door for Henley to hit a Famouser on Legend back inside the ring for the win.

After the match, Jax continues beating down Legend and hits an An-Nia-Lator on her.

We then head to the back, where Josh Briggs is angry and Stacks says he doesn’t have an ounce of loyalty. Inamura then shows up and shoves Briggs. We then get a brawl and Stacks says family last only so long. Inamura then nails Stacks and says he has no honor and next week he will show him honor.

Je’Von Evans vs. Wes Lee

The match starts off with Evans jumping Wes during his entrance. The referee then separates both men. Evans then hits Lee with a high slingshot clothesline for a near fall. Lee then sends Evans to the mat and gloats a bit. Evans then dodges a Standing Shooting Star. Both men then dodges each others moves. Evans then takes down Lee with a stiff chop. Evans then works on Lee with several chops. Lee then comes back with a few punches to the kidney. Lee then works on Evans with more offense. Evans then comes back with a stiff thrust kick. Igwe and DuPont then distract Evans, which allows Lee to trip him to ringside. Lee then hits Evans with a flip dive.

Lee then continues wearing down Evans on the outside and hits an enzuigiri on his spine, then mocks him and pins him back in the ring. Evans then kicks out, but Lee wears him down with a submission hold. Evans then nails Lee with a flying right hand and a Kardiak Kick, then goes for a pin but Lee kicks out. Lee then hits a kick on Evans’ head and spikes him with a DDT, then follows it up with a Brainbuster and goes for a pin. Evans then kicks out, then trips Lee as he climbs to the top rope, then drapes him by his knees and hits a Coast To Coast style flipping kick on Lee. He then follows it up with a Frog Splash and goes for another pin, but Lee kicks out once again.

DuPont then hops up on the apron, but Evans nails him with a superkick and flies over the top rope to nail DuPont and Igwe. Lee then rolls up Evans when he gets back inside the ring, but Evans kicks out. Lee then hits the Kardiak Kick on Evans and goes for a pin, but Evans gets his foot on the middle rope to break the fall. Lee then gets in the referee’s face, but Evans rolls him up. Lee then kicks out, but Evans hits him with the OG Cutter for the win.

After the match, Oba Femi appears from the crow’s nest and stares down both Evans and Williams.

We then get a sit-down interview between Vic Joseph and Myles Borne. Vic wonders if the things Lexis King has been saying about Borne has been hurting him. Borne says King is just stirring the pot. Borne then talks about how he was deaf from birth and even flatlined twice when he was born. Borne then says the doctors had to helicopter him to a facility and plug him to a radiation ventilator. Borne then says while the radiation kept him alive, it took away 90% of his hearing in both ears. Vic then says it must be a struggle for Borne to communicate. Borne then says as a kid he taught himself to read lips. Borne then says he learned to talk at 4 years. Borne then says he used to force his parents to direct their lips towards him. Borne then says lip reading is a cheat code for him. Borne then says he even makes sure his parents point the rear view mirror at their mouths so he can develop lip reading practice. Vic then starts talking and Borne jokes that he didn’t hear him. Borne then says he was just messing. Borne then says he likes to have fun about his disability and it helps tune out the haters like Lexis King. Vic then thanks Borne for the interview.

We then see Robert Stone and Stevie Turner inform NXT General Manager Ava that Jordynne Grace is recovering well. Lexis King then shows up and says Borne is faking his deafness. King then says if Borne is deaf, he’s blind as a bat. Ava then books King in a match against Borne next week. King then says he’ll prove Borne is a fraud.

The following matches are then advertised for next week: Blake Monroe vs. Kelani Jordan, Sol Ruca vs. Tatum Paxley for the Women’s North American Championship and Hank & Tank vs. Connors and Dixon for the NXT Tag Team Championship.

WWE NXT North American Championship Match: “All Ego” Ethan Page (c) vs. TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella

The match starts off with both men locking up. Marella then rolls up Page, but Page kicks out as another picture of Joe Hendry flashes on the screen for a third time. Marella then rolls up Page, but Page kicks out and hits a big boot on Marella. He then wears him down with a submission hold

Marella then gets Page up on his shoulders and hits an Airplane Spin on him, but Page looks to hit a Twisted Grin on Marella. Marella then avoids it and hits a Stunner on Page, but Page nails Marella with a spinning kick on his head. Marella then responds with an arm drag on Page and flies over the top to nail Page on the outside. He then sends him back in the ring, but Marella looks to cinch in The Cobra on Page. The referee then stops Marella, opening the door for Page to hit a Twisted Grin on Marella for the win.

We then see Tony D’Angelo sitting at the table. A waiter then hands him a glass of wine and cals him “Don”. Tony D then says you don’t have to call him Don anymore just “Tony D”. After the waiter leaves, Tony D is setting up to eat dinner. Off screen, someone approaches Tony D and engulfs him in shadow and the show comes to a close.
