Cody Rhodes’ music hits and Cody makes his way down to the ring. Cody starts off by asking the fans what they want to talk about. WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman then interrupts and says there is a lot they would like to talk about. Paul then thanks Cody for the invitation. Paul is joined by Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. Randy Orton then makes his way down to the ring to join Cody. Paul then introduces himself and says they didn’t come out here to talk to Cody. Paul then says they came out there to talk to Mr. Orton.
Paul then says Randy is a tough man to get a hold of. Paul then says you don’t answer my calls or texts. Paul then says he told Bron and Bronson that if they cornered the champion The Viper would come out. Paul then says that wasn’t a prediction, it was a spoiler. Paul then says he has another spoiler. Paul then says he would love to have been a fly on the wall to hear their strategy. Paul then says the fact is that you are going to lose tonight. Paul then says what he wants to know is when you lose tonight and if they beat Cody, everyone knows that Randy is going to look at Cody and say that is the Undisputed Champion. Paul then says Randy will says I could do so much better than that. Paul then says if they beat a legend like Randy what else could Randy say besides where were you champ. Paul then says this can’t last. Paul then says that is not a prediction, it is a prophecy. Paul, Bron and Bronson then leave.
We then see Carmelo Hayes walking and The Miz stops him and wants to know if Hayes wants to explain himself. Miz then says you watched while he was pinned. Hayes then says you should have kicked out. Miz then says he took three finishers. Hayes then says this is done. Hayes then says he is being nice because he usually shoots first. Hayes then says he is out here because they have done this before. Hayes then says tonight he doesn’t have anyone clouding his vision or getting in his way. Hayes then says you know how great he is and he knows how great he is. Hayes then says he is the best he has ever been. Hayes then says it is time to show why he is him. The Miz then hits Hayes with a Skull Crushing Finale on the stage. Miz then goes to the back and Aleister Black comes out and picks up the mic. Black then says that is so unfortunate. Black then says U.S. Title challenge. Black then says he will take it.
WWE United States Championship Open Challenge Match: Sami Zayn (c) vs. Aleister Black
The match starts off with both men locking up and Black cinches in a side head lock. Sami then hits an arm drag and follows it up with a second one. Sami then hits a wraparound arm drag and transitions it into an arm bar. Black then hits a kick on the break and Sami goes down and holds his nose. Black then hits more kicks in the corner. Black then hits an Irish whip and a boot as Sami comes out of the corner. Black then hits more kicks to the chest and the head. Black then hits a forearm and Sami hits a kick. Black then avoids a clothesline and hits a quebrada. Black then sits down to look at Sami. Black then hits a forearm and an Irish whip. Black then hits a forearm into the corner and follows it up with a suplex for a near fall. Black then cinches in a reverse chin lock.
Black then hits a clothesline and he gets a near fall. Black then sets up for a suplex and Sami blocks it. Sami then hits a suplex of his own. Sami then runs into a boot in the corner and Black gets a near fall. Black then hits more kicks to the chest. Sami then hits some forearms on Black and Black hits some knees to stop Sami. Black then hits a back elbow for a near fall. Black then hits a knee drop to the head. Black then hits a forearm and Sami fires back. They then go back and forth and Black hits a head butt. Black then hits more kicks in the corner. Black then misses a kick and Sami hits some chops in the corner. Sami then hits some punches in the corner.
Sami then kicks Black and he springboards over Black and clotheslines Black over the top rope and to the floor. Sami then sets up for an Arabian Press and hits it. Sami then goes up top and he leaps over Black and rolls through. Sami then hits a Michinoku Driver for a near fall. Sami then goes for a suplex and Black lands on his feet. They then exchange waist locks. Sami then holds on to the ropes on an O’Connor Roll. Black then hits a series of kicks and a German suplex for a near fall. Black then misses a spinning back heel kick and Sami goes for a Blue Thunder Bomb, but Black hits a knee and a leg sweep for a near fall. Black then goes to the turnbuckles, but Sami stops Black with a forearm. Sami then sets up for a superplex and he hits it. The referee then checks on both men.
Sami then gets to his feet first. Black then hits a kick and Sami gets an inside cradle for a near fall. Black then gets a near fall with a rollup of his own. Sami then hits a sunset flip, but Black rolls through and hits a knee for a near fall. Black then hits a forearm and a chop. Black then hits a forearm and kicks. Black then hits more forearms and kicks. The referee then pulls Black out of the corner. Black then puts Sami on the turnbuckles and punches Sami. Black then sets up for a superplex, but Sami blocks it and punches Black. Sami then hits some forearms to the back and a sunset flip power bomb for a near fall. Sami then goes up top and Black stops Sami with a kick. Black then hits a knee as Sami comes off the turnbuckles and Black gets a near fall.
Black then kicks Sami in the head and Sami responds with some chops. They then exchange some forearms. Black then hits some kicks in the corner. Black then hits a running forearm into the corner. Sami then goes for the Helluva Kick, but Black moves and goes to the turnbuckles for a Meteora and Sami kicks out. Black then waits for Sami to get up, but Damian Priest shows up at ringside and Sami hits a Helluva Kick. Sami then hits a Blue Thunder Bomb for the win.
The winner of the Open Challenge Match and still the WWE United States Champion, Sami Zayn!
After the match, Priest grabs Black and hits him with a Razor’s Edge through the table.
We then see SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis talking to Sol Ruca and ZARIA. Chelsea Green then shows up and Nick says he is here to talk about Sol and ZARIA. Chelsea then says they can work for her. Sol then says they are not interested. Sol then says they beat them in NXT. ZARIA then says they are looking to prove themselves as tag team champions. Chelsea then says this is a perfect opportunity for them. ZARIA then says why not turn this chance of a lifetime into a match. Nick then makes the match official. Chelsea and Alba then storm off.
Tag Team Match: Chelsea Green and The Secret Hervice’s Alba Fyre vs. ZaRuca (ZARIA and WWE NXT Women’s North American Champion and WWE Women’s Speed Champion Sol Ruca)
The match starts off with ZARIA and Alba locking up. Alba then rakes the eyes in the corner. ZARIA then grabs Alba and sends her into the turnbuckles and follows it up with a splash. ZARIA then hits an Irish whip, but she misses a splash. ZARIA then goes to the turnbuckles and she lifts Alba and chokes her. ZARIA then hits a clothesline off the turnbuckles and Green tags in. ZARIA then gets Green up and Green goes for a sunset flip, but ZARIA blocks it and picks her up. ZARIA then hits a head butt and she tags in Sol. Sol then cinches in a modified tarantula in the ropes and ZARIA hits a kick. Sol then hits an X Factor for a near fall.
Alba then tags in and Green trips Sol. Alba then hits a kick. Green then tags in and kicks Sol. Alba then hits a suicide dive on ZARIA. Green then gets a near fall. Green then hits some punches on Sol. Alba then tags in and she tags Green back in. Alba then hits a gourdbuster and Green hits a kick. Alba then hits a thrust kick. Green then hits a punch and a sliding flatliner for a near fall. ZARIA then pulls Alba off the apron and sends her into the turnbuckles. Green then goes for an UnprettiHER, but Sol sends Green into the turnbuckles and hits a Sol Snatcher for the win.

We then see Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss walking in the back and Cathy Kelley interviews them. Cathy asks them about Sol and ZARIA. They say it was impressive. Flair then says sometimes you don’t always get along. Flair then says they have come a long way and they better be ready when they face them. Flair then woos and says she wants Alexa to do it, but Alexa doesn’t. Cathy then does and Alexa and Flair walk away. We then see Stephanie Vaquer walking in the back as the contract signing is coming up next.
We then get a video package looking at the return of Roman Reigns during the main event on RAW last Monday night. It is then announced that Roman will be on RAW this Monday night.
We then see Randy Orton stretching in the locker room. Cody then tells Randy don’t listen to what Paul said. Randy then says he doesn’t listen to Paul. Cody then tells Randy he has Randy’s back and Randy says he has Cody’s back.
SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis is in the ring to host the official contract signing for the Women’s Crown Jewel Championship. He then brings out Tiffany Stratton first and Stratton makes her way down to the ring. Stephanie Vaquer then makes her way down to the ring next. Stephanie does not sit down so Tiffany stands up. Stephanie then says she respects Tiffany and she is a great champion. Stephanie then says she might be champion for only two weeks, but she will show who she is. Stephanie then says she won’t be losing any match so may the best woman win. Tiffany then tells Stephanie since the moment she got signed, she couldn’t wait to get in the ring with her. Tiffany then says they proved they are the best by winning these titles. Tiffany then says at Crown Jewel only one woman will be walking out and it will be her. Tiffany then says it does not matter where they are as it is and always will be Tiffy Time. Tiffany then signs the contract.
Stephanie then signs the contract and it is official. They then shake hands. Tiffany then goes up the aisle with her back turned and Giulia attacks Tiffany from behind. Kiana James says they have a business proposal for Stephanie. She then tells Stephanie to let them be the first to tell you that you are a star, but you are not a superstar. Kiana then says she can give that to her if she accepts her services. Kiana then says her rates are high, but the levels of prestige you get will be priceless. Kiana then says she is taking Giulia to the top and she outshines Tiffany as the best champion on Smackdown. Kiana then says imagine what she can do for Stephanie. Kiana then says she can make her the Crown Jewel champion. Tiffany then pulls Kiana to the floor and Giulia escapes an SVB and Kiana pulls her to the floor.
We then see Nick Aldis with Je’Von Evans and he brings up Showdown and he tells Evans to keep in touch. Rey Fenix then talks about Je’Von’s match last week and he suggests what could happen if they went one on one. Humberto and Angel then show up and Angel tells Lee that Evans is a rookie. He then says they already beat them. Evans then says if you want to run your mouths let’s run it back and Nick makes the match official.
Jacob Fatu then cuts a promo and says he is tired of people lying and crying on their BS stories. Fatu then says he shut Drew’s ass up. Fatu then says people like to talk until the situation gets spicy. Fatu then says what is he going to do if someone disrespects him. Fatu then says he will wake their ass up. Fatu then tells Drew you aren’t coming to him. Fatu then says he is going to the top.
Je’Von Evans and Rey Fenix then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Los Garza follows.
Tag Team Match: “The Young OG” Je’Von Evans and Rey Fenix vs. Legado Del Fantasma’s Los Garza (Angel and Berto)
The match starts off with Evans and Berto and Evans hits a springboard rollup for a near fall. Evans then hits a springboard cross body for a near fall. Berto then misses a kick, but hits a second one and he gets a near fall. Berto then punches Evans. Berto then hits a chop and Evans chops back. Berto then hits some kicks. Evans then hits punches and Berto hits a drop kick and he gets a near fall. Evans then hits a slingshot head scissors take down. Angel then tags in and Berto sends Evans to the apron. Angel then hits a super kick. Angel and Berto then hit an assisted slam. Rey then hits a double head scissors followed by a twisting plancha onto Angel. Berto then hits a Fosbury flop onto Rey. Evans then hits a plancha onto all three men.
Evans then sends Angel back into the ring and he gets a near fall. Angel then hits a chop and he sends Evans’ eyes across the top rope. Berto then tags in and he kicks Evans. Berto then puts Evans on the turnbuckles and places him in the tree of woe. Berto then hits a kick to the midsection and Evans falls to the mat. Berto then hits kicks and Angel tags in. Angel then hits a running knee, while Berto hits a kick to the back. Angel then gets a near fall. Angel then kicks Evans to stop him from making the tag. Evans then hits a lateral press and Rey tags in and hits some clotheslines, but Angel hits a pop up kick to the chest for a near fall.
Angel then hits an Irish whip and a splash into the corner. Angel then punches Rey from the turnbuckles. Rey then escapes and he hits a jumping uppercut. Rey then sets up for a muscle buster, while Evans clotheslines Berto over the top rope and to the floor. Rey then hits a back heel kick. Angel then catches Rey and Berto puts Evans up top and hits a springboard round kick. Angel then hits a power slam on Rey for a near fall. Angel then hits some forearms on Rey.
Rey then hits a jaw breaker, but he misses a kick. Rey then hits a jumping round kick. Angel then hits a clothesline and both men are down. Berto and Evans then tag in and Evans hits a kick. Berto then hits a kick. Evans then hits some kicks on Berto and Angel. Evans then hits a flip dive over the ring post. Angel then blocks a sunset flip and holds on to the ropes, but the referee sees it and stops the count. Evans then hits a flying knee for a near fall. Evans then hits a rebound spinning kick. Rey then tags in and Berto kicks Evans. Rey then hits a jumping side kick. Rey then hits a muscle buster, while Evans hits a springboard cutter on Angel. Rey then gets the win.

We then see Damian Priest walking in the back and Cathy Kelley stops him to ask about Aleister Black. Cathy asks how far will he go. Priest says Black has sneak attacked him before. Priest then says he is the consequences. Kit Wilson is in a wheelchair and he asks if Priest thinks intimidation is power. Kit then says try to silence him, but he will show the end of the toxic masculinity era. Kit then stands up. Priest then says he is positively masculine and he pushes Kit into his wheelchair and pushes him down a ramp. Priest then says he will take it as far as he has to. Priest then challenges Black to a Last Man Standing Match on SmackDown.
We then see Solo Sikoa in a room. Solo talks about Talla Tonga and his time in Japan. Solo then says he helped him win his first championship. Solo then says what a sight it was to see. Solo then says there is a monster inside of you. Solo then says you need to bring it out and show who you are. Solo then says your loyalty will be rewarded as long as you are part of the group. Talla then says he loves Solo. Solo then says there is something missing to make this family complete. Solo then says everyone is on notice.
We then see Cathy Kelley interviewing The Street Profits and she brings up their tag title match next week. B-Fab says they are on the same page. Angelo then says this ain’t worth giving up. Montez then says they are not just competing for the tag titles, they are fighting for each other. The Wyatts Sicks then show up on the monitor behind them. Rowan says you may be going into this fight as brothers, but do you consider yourselves family when things fall down. Gacy then says your house is burning with flames around you. Nikki then says nothing more than a pile of ashes. Rowan. then says from their family to yours they chortle. Rowan then tells them to run.
It is then announced that next week The Wyatts Sicks face The Street Profits for the tag titles, Sami Zayn has an Open Challenge for the U.S. Title, Tiffany Stratton and Stephanie Vaquer faces Giulia and Kiana James and Damian Priest faces Aleister Black in a Last Man Standing Match.
Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton then make their way down to the ring for the main event of the night and The Vision follows.
Tag Team Match:Undisputed WWE Champion “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes and “The Viper” Randy Orton vs. The Vision (“The Unpredictable Badass” Bron Breakker and “Big” Bronson Reed)
The match starts off with Bron and Randy and both men lock up. Randy then hits a punch on the break followed by an uppercut. Randy then hits some punches off the turnbuckles. Randy then hits a clothesline to send Bron over the top rope and to the floor. Bron then takes his time getting back in the ring. Bron then hits a kick and a punch. Bron then hits some shoulders in the corner. Bron then hits punches on the turnbuckles. Randy then hits a thumb to the eyes and he kicks Bron and sends him to the floor. Randy then follows Bron to the floor and sets up for a back drop driver onto the apron, but Bron hits a knee. Bron then sends Randy into the announce desk and he sets up for the broad jump clothesline and he misses. Bron then lands short of the announce desk and Randy hits a back drop driver onto the table. Randy then sets up for a second one and hits it. Reed then hits Randy from behind and hits a back drop driver onto the announce desk.
Bron then sends Randy back into the ring and Reed tags in and punches Randy. Reed then hits a head butt. Randy then hits a kick and some punches on Reed. Reed then hits a punch and cinches in a reverse chin lock. Randy then hits elbows and punches. Reed then hits an Irish whip, but he hits the ring post when Orton moves. Cody then tags in and he punches Reed and follows it up with a few flying forearms and a Beautiful Disaster. Cody then sends Reed to the floor. Cody then clotheslines Bron over the top rope and Cody hits a suicide dive on Reed. Cody then gets a near fall. Cody then cinches in a double wrist lock. Cody then hits a kick on Reed and the referee is distracted by Reed, which allows Bron to hit Cody from behind.
Reed then hits a head butt and some punches. Cody then hits a kick and a drop down punch. Reed then catches Cody off the ropes and hits a World’s Strongest Slam. Reed then hits a boot on Cody and he tags in Bron. Bron then hits a clothesline. Bron then chokes Cody in the corner. Bron then cinches in a front face lock and Cody hits some forearms. Bron then keeps Cody from making the tag. Bron then hits a back drop suplex. Reed then tags in and he follows Cody to the floor. Cody is then sent back into the ring and Reed works on the neck.
Reed then works on the back. Cody then hits a kick, but Reed responds with a punch. Bron then tags in and he kicks Cody. Bron then gets on Reed’s back and Reed hits a splash onto Cody. Bron then catapults Cody’s throat into the bottom rope. Cody then hits a kick, but Bron keeps Cody from making the tag. Bron then sends Cody into the turnbuckles and hits some shoulders. Reed then tags in and punches and kicks Cody. Bron then tags in and he punches Cody. Cody then escapes and Bron holds on to the ankle to prevent the tag. Cody then kicks Bron away and Reed tags in and stops Cody. Reed then hits an Irish whip and he misses a shoulder in the corner. Reed then grabs Cody, but Reed misses a back senton. Cody then makes the tag to Randy, while Bron tags in. Randy then hits two clotheslines and he ducks a clothesline and hits a power slam. Randy then runs into a boot.
Reed then tags in and Randy ducks a clothesline and hits another power slam. Reed then hits a Death Valley Driver on Randy and he goes up top. Randy then stops Reed with a punch. Randy then hits more punches and he goes up top for a superplex. He then gets a near fall. Cody then kicks Bron, but Bron and Cody go to the floor. Bron then sends Cody into the ring post. Bron then goes to the apron for a flying shoulder tackle through the ringside barrier. Randy then hits a draping DDT and he looks around for the RKO push ups. Randy then punches the mat and Paul gets up top. Seth Rollins then hits the Black Out on Randy and Reed pulls Randy into position for Tsunami for the win.

After the match, Rollins holds Reed and Breakker’s hands up. The Vision then looks to leave, but Rollins decides he’s not done. Heyman then tries talking him down, but Rollins looks to hit a Curb Stomp on Rhodes. Rhodes then sees Rollins coming and hits a Cross-Rhodes on him. Rhodes then stands tall as the show comes to a close.
